Incredible food, atmosphere, and service. Had the chicken panini and chicken salad, both were fresh and delicious. Scones are also fantastic and clotted cream was incredible! Can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend coming!

The cutest tea place!! They have a selection of hats you can try on for the proper tea experience and the desserts and sandwiches are so yummy. Cute store too

Amazing afternoon tea experience. The town is cute the shop is quaint and beautifully whimsical. The staff is so kind and attentive. The menu is great with something for everyone and they accommodate allergies and preferences. Totally worth the price and the drive! Thank you!

I honestly don’t even know where to start. The Secret Garden Tea Room is one of the most special places I’ve ever been to, and it deserves way more recognition than it gets. From the second you walk in, it feels warm, cozy, and just genuinely welcoming. It’s not just somewhere you go to eat, it actually feels like an experience. The food is incredible every single time. You can tell right away that everything is fresh and homemade, and that’s because it is. Huge credit to Katie and Carol, who are seriously amazing chefs. Everything is made with care and it shows. Nothing feels rushed or generic, it all feels thoughtful and high quality. And then there’s Frank. I really don’t think this place would be the same without him. He’s the one up front handling everything, answering calls, seating people, running the gift shop, and somehow still taking the time to be kind and personable to everyone who walks in. He’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Always patient, always welcoming, and just genuinely a good guy. You can tell he cares about the place and the people coming in. Overall, this place is amazing. The atmosphere, the food, the people, everything about it just works. I

Literally an amazing experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the food, the food is on a whole other level. This is no ordinary café, it is the best kept secret in Port Jefferson. The setting moves you back just slightly in time, it is charming, welcoming, and perfect. Classical music was playing at just the right volume during our visit and allowed for incredibly comfortable conversation. I need to take a breath before describing the scones, absolutely unbelievable, moist, tender crust, paired with clotted cream and raspberry jam....still thinking about it. Kept the drinks seasonal with apple cider and almond sugar cookie tea, both were delicious. Lunch was a grilled chicken panini with fresh spinach, provolone cheese and pesto on sour dough, still thinking about this too, beyond delicious. Also got the chicken salad sandwich on cranberry raisin walnut bread, perfect. I really liked that the cranberries and raisins were in the bread as opposed to in the chicken salad, perfect. Dessert was pumpkin pie cheesecake and a coconut layer cake, perfect end to a delicious meal. Gift scones can be ordered and shipped on Monday's and Thursday's, I'm going to see if I can order and pick
